Well just about all the columns are done and the steel is going up. It will not be long before they start the great room on the second floor. We are starting to look at tile and fixtures.We are going to have a hot water heater like we were used to in the US. We had them install a loop in the hot water lines so it can circulate (with a pump of course), so yes you can have real instant hot water. We are also installing a filter after the water meter but before the house just to get any debris and grit.
We also will have screens for our windows. Do not believe the stories about no bugs as they are here.
